I am a doctor in Psychology, specialized in  emotions, motivation and decision making. I graduated with a PhD from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) for which I was granted from the Swiss National Foundation for Science. I am registered as Psychologist FSP at the Swiss Federation of Psychologists and at the Swiss Association of Work & Organization Psychologists. 

I gained valuable knowledge through my academic and professional path, through scientific research and practical analysis, but also through life experience and personal development. As I believe it is important to draw knowledge from different places, I worked at Stanford University, at the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences, at the Geneva Motivation Lab and at the National University of Singapore.

Eager to share my experience and knowledge to help others in their path, I also teach in business schools in Europe (ESCP Europe) and Switzerland (IFM Business School), particularly about leadership and emotional intelligence, organizational behavior and consumer behavior (for BBA, MBA, and EMBA programs).
